Finally, you can throw away those old, archaic “time interval” charts like 1 minute and 5 minute charts and start trading timeframes that actually best represent price action. Even if you’re on MetaTrader, it is now very possible to have Range Bar charts. Don’t know what those are? Then watch the video where we show you what a powerful combination Range Bars + The High Velocity Market Master is going to be to your forex trading. And, it’s not just for forex traders either. Futures traders you’re going to benefit greatly as well from these pure price action bars.
We’ll be demonstrating the High Velocity Market Master live with Range Bars in our Wednesday webinar – be sure you get signed up to be the first to see it unveiled. And, in the meantime check out some strong forex trading with the GBPUSD here (click the lower right corner icon of video to enlarge to full-screen:)
Hi Mark,
I have a day time job. Your Webinar available after 3:00 pm pacific time, Seattle, WA.
I interest to trade on the future and currency.
Thanks,
Hi Mark
Really keen to learn about Range Bars on Metatrader. I cannot see how one can switch to Range bars as my demo version does not have that option. Is this something available in a live Metatrader account?
Thanks
Roy: It’s actually a script that we add to your Metatrader that enables it to run range bars. It does not come standard with Metatrader but we can help you get it accomplished as an HVMM owner if you choose to. Thanks.
Hi
could you tell me is there any difference between the High Velocity Market Maker
and the Ultimate Swing Trader, because I just purchased the UST
Arthur Cansdale
I have used candles for years to successfully trade the stock market. A compelling reason to switch is not apparent. Problems with the video pausing fairly often caused viewing to be truncated – it is likely my ISP or computer causing the problem. I am not currently interested in changing which financial instruments are traded. It would be interesting to learn more about range bars – will likely sign up for the offered webinar with the hope that its presentation works OK – most do
Jim – yes, sign up you should be fine watching the webinar. The HVMM can be traded in time intervals, tick, volume and range. The key is to focus on the markets and intervals that work best in each market.
Arthur – the UST is designed specifically for swing trading, and swing trading a limited time spent each day. The HVMM is designed for active trading and day trading. The frequency is the difference. They can complement each other nicely assuming you want to both swing trade and day trade.
During the work day I have access to charts and my account but can not sit and watch for setups. Will this software send ALERTS through Metatrader email when setups occure?
I am a owner of the HVMM from your last webinar in Dec 2009. Is this going to be offered as an improvement or a separate product? Do I need to get on the webinar to get this?
how do i move from gci or implement the range bar
hello mark i like the video very informable.
how much will cost us the luxury?
Was registered for the HVMM webinar but unable to make it. Will there be a rebroadcast? Thanks
Great to see you guys catching up!
I’ve been using range bars for over a year now on the eminis, & couldn’t imagine ever using anything else.
They make trendlines nice & straight, & flags & triangles clearly & cleanly defined. When they reverse at a Fib is one of my fav setups (with another filter -the 30 & 50 smas sloping with the trade, with the 30 steeper than the 50).
They make most TA as simple as painting by numbers.
I enter on breakout past my trigger candle (e.g. a Fib reversal), with stop 1 tick past its other end, so risk always the same, so can automate the stop on the Ninja dome.
I run multiple range-frames, 4, 5 & 6 tick, increasing the chances of a valid setup, on the NQ & YM. Because of my time zone here in Aus I’m trading the premarket from the Hamburg open so its slow enough to watch & analyse all 6 charts.
Hello Mark,
german.
its nice to see people like you helping to improve trading possibilities for getting better results in trading forex. Esspecialy because volatility is so high and markets are moving so fast and rapid. There is nearly no chance to respond in a propper way.
My question to you is there a chance to get the range file without buying the HVMN Sytem or do i have to code it by myself? And how do you handle the datafailers that happen by the dataproviders so often? Would be nice to get an answer and sorry for not so kind english writing but i am a crouwd
so read from you

Thanks.
Bibi,
We might release the Range bar for Metatrader 4 in a few weeks, but right now it comes with the HVMM system. We don’t have a problem with data feeds, on Meta or Tradestation.
Hope to see you soon.
Ron
Aaron,
I think you might be better suited with our Swing trade system. You do need to watch the markets some, even if you use a 15 minute chart. The HVMM can do both Swing and Daytrade and we have alets on the UST system and I think we will put some into HVMM and Meta. Even if you use a 15 minute chart. ron
John,
The Range bar add on will come out in a few weeks.
